Les équipes 4x400m de Danemark et de Norvège ont confirmé leur participation à ATLETISSIMA 2016.
Avec le Team Belgium juniors, il y aura donc 3 nations présentes au départ de cette épreuve où une qualification pour Amsterdam ou Bydgozcz est possible.
